Tasting Notes

Many of their big reds spend at least 18 months in oak that is not French, and this Cab was in Hungarian barrels.  There is a pleasing blend of fruit and oak notes, including brambleberries, vanilla, semi-sweet chocolate, and grilled buffalo burger.  Big flavors include juicy and smooth black cherries, blue and black berries.
